Bryce Patterson – Pianist & Teacher
Bryce Patterson is a pianist and educator based in Orem, Utah, currently completing his Doctor of Music in Piano Performance at the University of Utah. With over a decade of teaching experience, he works with students of all ages and levels, blending traditional methods with innovative approaches to help each learner develop both technical skill and musical expression.
As a performer, Bryce has given numerous solo recitals and collaborative performances, alongside more than 600 hours of professional engagements at weddings, concerts, and community events. His artistry has been recognized with scholarships and awards from Indiana University, Brigham Young University, and the University of Utah, as well as prizes in competitions including the White Mountain Regional and Concerto Competitions, the Young Artist Competition, and the Liszt Festival Competition.
Bryce’s teaching philosophy is simple: music should be inspiring, personal, and accessible. Whether preparing for exams, auditions, or simply for the joy of playing, he helps students break through barriers and experience the piano as a source of lifelong enrichment.
